The Planning & Development (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2011 (S.I.No. 476 of 2011) came into effect from 21st September, 2011. Under these Regulations changes have been made to both the planning application form and the site notice. The new forms should be used with immediate effect when submitting a planning application. A revised planning pack, which incorporates these changes, is now available on the website.
