Draft Direction in the matter of section 31 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended)

On 18^th July 2017, the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government (DoHPCLG) notified Laois County Council of his intent to issue a Direction, pursuant to Section 31 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), in relation to the Laois County Development Plan 2017-2023.
