1) Can I top up on line?
Yes, go to the top right hand corner of the home page and click on Pay for IT then click on the Landfill Keyfob icon.
2) What can I pay for on the internet?
If you select the Pay for IT icon on the right-hand corner of the home page, you will see a list of all services that can be paid for online. Users can top-up their Landfill keyfob, pay housing loans, pay housing rents, pay parking fines, motor tax, fire charges, litter charges, water charges and pay their NPPR (Non Principal Private Residence) charges. You can also buy a compostor or trailer cover.

4) What are the opening hours of the Cash Office?
The opening hours of the cash office are Monday to Friday 9.30am – 3.30pm.
5) How can I use the Landfill?
Information regarding charges are available to view here: Landfill
To dispose of rubbish you must obtain a “keyfob” from the Cash Office in County Hall - Opening hours are Monday to Friday: 9.30am – 3.30pm . You have to bring in a Photo ID e.g. passport and proof of your current address e.g. a utility bill.
Once you have a keyfob you will be able to top it up ONLINE from the Pay for IT section of the website.
6) Where is the Landfill?
The Landfill is located in Kyletalesha, on the Mountmellick Road about 5 km outside of Portlaoise.
