Notice is hereby given, under Section 12 (12) (a) of the Planning and Development Act 2000, (as amended),  that on 26^th June 2017 the Council of the County of Laois, being the Planning Authority for the County, made the Laois County Development Plan for the period 2017-2023 for its functional area. The County Development Plan shall have effect from 24^th July 2017. (Notice of the making of the Laois County Development Plan 2017 -2023).
