Roads Design, Construction & Maintenance, Traffic Management & Safety, Public Lighting, Speed Control, Waste Management, Burial Grounds, Fire & Emergency Services, Environmental Protection & Litter Management, Water Provision (Rural), Energy Conservation, Air, Water & Noise Quality and Animal Control/Food Hygiene.
