Refurbishment & Extension to Áras an Chontae, Portlaoise

Notice to General Building Contractors - Proposed contract under current Public Works Contract.

Invitation to Tender for the works.

Laois County Council intend to invite tenders from competent Contractors for the Refurbishment and Extension of 3rd Floor, Áras an Chontae, JFL Avenue, Portlaoise, Co. Laois.

The works include the demolition of existing rooftop enclosure and replacement with a new steel framed structure with insulated panelling and glazed walling with integral Mechanical & Electrical services to provide Office Accommodation with ancillary facilities. Approx Area 652 m2.

Tender Documentation (Disk format) will be available for collection from Áras an Chontae from 12.00 noon on Thursday, 18th February, 2010 until close of business on Thursday, 4th March 2010.
