Over 70 Licence

To apply for over 70:

-Completed Full Licence Application Form (D401)
-Old Licence
-2 identical passport photos with a neutral background and both photographs must be signed on the back by the applicant
-Medical Report-D501 completed within the last month 
-For over 70 there is no fee
