3rd or subseqent Learner Permit
To apply for a 3rd or Subsequent Learner Permit you will need:- Provisional Application Form completed
- 2 identical passport photos with a neutral background and both photographs must be signed on the back by the applicant
- Old Licence
- Evidence from the Department of the Environment that you underwent a driving test within the last 2 years or have a forthcoming test appointment date.
- Fee €15
