2nd Full Licence

To apply for a 2nd Full Licence you will need: 

• Completed Full Licence Application Form
• Old Licence
• Fee of 15 euro for a three year licence or 25.00 euro for a 10 year licence
• 2 identical passport photos with a neutral background and both photographs must be signed on the back by the applicant
• In order to retain higher categories you need to forward a Medical Report-D501 completed within last month
