Section 15 Manual

Section 15 of the Freedom of Information Act, 1997 as amended by the Freedom of Information Act 2003 Act requires each public body to prepare, publish and make available information about themselves and the information they hold. This manual lists the functions and a general description of the services Laois County Council provides for the public and how they may be availed of.
