Abbeyleix, Attanagh, Ballacolla, Ballinakill, Borris-in-Ossory, Camross, Castletown, Coolrain, Durrow, Errill, Mountrath, Rathdowney and Shanahoe.

Well Grants, Water Connections, Sewerage Connections, Road Opening Licences.
