In accordance with the provisions of Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993, Laois County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider the making of a Declaration regarding the taking in charge of “Brockview”, Davitt Road, Mountmellick, Co. Laois.
A Map showing the estate may be inspected at the offices of Laois County Council, Áras an Chontae, Portlaoise during normal opening hours from Thursday 15th December, 2011 to Friday  13th January, 2012.
Office hours: 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday

Objections or representations may be made in writing to the Administrative Officer, Roads Section, Laois County Council, Áras an Chontae, Portlaoise and the latest date for receipt of such objections or representations is 12.00 p.m. on Friday 27th  January, 2012.
