New Planning Pack

The Planning & Development  (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2011 (S.I.No. 476 of 2011) came into effect from 21^st September, 2011.  Under these Regulations changes have been made to both the planning application form and the site notice.  The new forms should be used with immediate effect when submitting a planning application. A revised planning pack, which incorporates these changes, is now available on the website.
