Portlarlington Review

Pursuant to Section 20 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 as amended, Laois County Council and Offaly County Council are in the process of the review of the existing plan[s] and the preparation of a Joint Local Area Plan for Portarlington. This Plan will set out a strategic framework for the proper planning and sustainable development of Portarlington over the plan period 2012-2018. The Plan will include sets of development objectives, development policies, development standards and zoning maps.
