Review of Mountmellick LAP 2012-2018

Mountmellick Local Area Plan 2012-2018 

Pursuant to Section 20 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 as amended, Laois County Council, being the relevant Planning Authority, hereby gives notice of its intention to: 

Review the Mountmellick Local Area Plan 2007-2013 and prepare a new Local Area Plan for the period 2012-2018 

The Local Area Plan for Mountmellick will set out a strategic framework for the proper planning and sustainable development over a six-year period. The Plan will include sets of development objectives, development policies, development standards and zoning maps.
