Carlow Graiguecullen Urban Area 2013-2019
It is the intention of Carlow Local Authorities and Laois County Council to prepare a Joint Spatial Plan for the Greater Carlow Graiguecullen Urban Area 2013-2019. The Joint Spatial Plan will constitute the Carlow Town Development Plan together with Local Area Plans for Graiguecullen and Carlow Town Environs under the Planning and Development Act 200-2010.
First Stage of Public Consutation is complete, the second stage will commence in early 2012.
