Active Teen Camp

Active Teen camp is a new and exciting fitness programme for teenagers. The purpose of the camp is to introduce teenagers to gym & fitness workshops regarding their health and fitness needs. Camp users will be given the opportunity to design and monitor their own  fitness programmes and take part in fitness classes throughout the week. Qualified instructors are on hand to provide expert advice and training throughout the camp. So this Halloween try something different and join our fitness camp!

  • Daily water safety/swimming classes
  • Outdoor challenges programme
  • Healthy lunch served daily
