Eat a Book Contest

As part of our Bealtaine celebrations The Library hosted an Eat a Book contest on Friday May 4th. There were 19 entries in total and the creations were inspired in some way by a book through their shape or content. The standard was very high and prizes were awarded in 5 categories by the judges, Eunice from The Rose Bistro, Maggie from Maggie's, Nora from Nora's Cake Shop and Donal from Supervalu. Thanks to the judges and to everyone who took part and we look forward to next year's culinary creations.
