Biodiversity Week to be celebrated in style!

Biodiversity week (17th to 24th May 2009) will be celebrated in style in Laois, with lots of fun, free events for all the family!

Highlights include:

• Dawn bat watch in Emo Court on Friday, 22nd May (meet at the car park, 4.30am)
• Guided nature walk at Glenbarrow in the Slieve Blooms on Friday, 22nd May (meet at the car park, Glenbarrow, 11.00am)
• Family Wildlife Fun at Knockmay Resource Centre, Portlaoise on Friday, 22nd May (Meet at the Family Resource Centre, Knockmay, 2pm)
• Dawn Chorus Walk in Clonaslee on Sunday 24th May (meet at the Green, Clonaslee, 4.00am)
