Discovering Laois Wildlife

Would you like to find out more about the wildlife and environment of your local area? Are you interested in learning more about biodiversity and how the web of life works? Then the new “Discovering Laois Wildlife” series of talks, seminars and workshops will interest you! Topics covered will include trees,  plants, birds and bats with expert speakers each day and participation is free. The series continues on Saturday 28th June, starting at 10am in the Parish Centre in Portlaoise, with Dick Coombes of BirdWatch Ireland, on bird song.
