Kindermusic is for children from age 4 (must be school-going) to 7 years. It is a wonderful way to begin music education. The classes are 40 minutes duration and are carried out in a fun and educational way.
Group Keyboards are for children from age 7 upwards. It is an ideal introduction to the piano for those who enjoy the social aspect of group tuition. Classes are in groups of 4 for a duration of 40 minutes per class.
Guitar may be taken individually or in pairs from age 8 upwards. Guitar playing can take quite a while to acquire the skill of fingering and strumming strings – don’t expect instant results!
Piano will be on an individual basis only from age 6 upwards. Piano playing develops a child’s understanding of chords and harmonies.
Group Recorder is for children from age 6 upwards for a 40 minute class. The recorder is an ideal introduction to a woodwind instrument.
Flute lessons begin age 9/10. The Flute is probably the most popular wind instrument and is very versatile for playing all genres of music. Lessons available individually or in pairs.
