NEW MEMBERS WELCOME

Portlaoise Youth Theatre meet every Saturday during the school term in the Parochial Hall, Railway Street Portlaoise.  The workshops start at 11.00am and runs for two hours.  The workshop leader is Aine Caulfield.   Aine has been with LYT for a number of years and is a highly qualified and very experienced drama tutor.  

Anyone between the ages 12-18 who is interested in joining LYT can apply to be included on our list for membership by emailing  artsoff@laoiscoco.ie or contact the office on 057 8674342.

Portlaoise Youth Theatre is run by The Arts Office, Laois County Council and is one of a number of Youth Theatre groups currently running in the county including; Stradbally, Portarlington and Rathdowney.  The Arts Office acknowledges the financial support of Laois County Council and the Arts Council in the running of the Laois Youth Theatre programme.
