What is Estate Management?

Estate Management was set up to help improve the social and physical environment in Council Estates.

Residents groups are encouraged to participate and be pro-active in the management of their own estates. Estate Officers work directly with Resident Associations, facilitate meetings, provide information, invite consultation and devise work programmes.

*Estate Management deals only with Council Estates*

Mobile Caretaker for Aged and Disabled Tenants:

Mr. Blanc visits all our aged and disabled tenants in the County on a rotational basis, assess's their needs, if any and ensures their needs are met . Also the majority of our aged and/or disabled tenants live alone therefore it is important that Mr. Blanc calls on a regular basis as it means a lot to them to see a friendly face and to know someone cares enough to call.
