Who is Eligible?

First time buyers in need of housing who are in employment with an income within the qualifying limit for a Council loan.

• Single income household – Max in the previous tax year €50,000 (Gross)
• Double income household – Max in the previous tax year €75,000 (Gross) combined income

N.B. Your repayments can not exceed 35% of your net monthly income.
