Shipment of Hazardous Waste exclusively within Ireland Regulations 2011
The EC Shipments of Hazardous Waste exclusively within Ireland Regulations were introduced to streamline the administration of legislation on the movement or shipment of hazardous waste exclusively within Ireland.
Dublin City Council, shall be the National Authority for the administration of consignment documents. The C1 form (Consignment Notes) is being replaced by the Waste Transfer Form (WTF).
The Regulations allow a transitional period until the 31st December 2011 which allows you to use up your current supply of C1 forms. During this time, you may also register to use the new online system and start using the Waste Transfer Forms (WTF).
