Green Schools Resources

We provide many FREE resources to schools in County Laois to assist them in their Green Flag programme.

Both books provide practical examples of how to implement the Green Schools programme in your own School. 

Further resources include educational posters on composting, recycling and battery recycling and free compost bins - schools should contact the Environment Awareness Officer, Ann-Marie Kelly, directly by emailing amkelly@laoiscoco.ie or by telephoning 057 867 4331 to get further information and/or request these items.

There are also many additional resources available to registered Schools particpating in the Green Schools programme which have been developed by An Taisce.  Please email amkelly@laoiscoco.ie to request the handbook which is relevant to the theme your school is currently implementing.
