Examples are Dobermans and Alsatians etc. Dogs of all types have to wear a collar with the name and address of the owner inscribed on it. If you do not comply with these regulations the dog warden may fine you €30 or even seize and detain your dog. A prosecution in respect of the alleged offence will be instituted for failure to pay fine.
