Laois County Council - Customer Charter

Customer Charter

As part of its commitment to providing the highest possible standards of customer care Laois County Council has adopted a Customer Charter. The Customer Charter sets out the standards in relation to service delivery and response to contacts that customers can expect when dealing with the Council. The Customer Charter also sets out the responsibilities and obligations of customers when they are dealing with the employees of the Council.
