The current position in Togher

Coolnaleen Developments:
 (A) Construct light industrial units / warehousing (9 acre enterprise park). Work on Block 1 has been completed. Works on the Block 2 will are nearing  completion.

(B) Construct two light industrial/warehorse units, with associated offices on ground and first floor, such that their use when constructed meets with the land use/zoning matrix of the area, with car parking and associated site development works. Work on this project has been completed.

Corrigeen Construction:
Planning Permission has been granted to construct a main distributor road associated services and ancillary works at Togher.

Western Interceptor Sewer:
Work is almost comleted on the construction of the Western Interceptor Sewer which will cater for the entire Togher area. Projected completion date for work on this project: December 2008.

Togher Link Road Project:
Work has commenced on the first phase of th Togher Link Road. Project completion date February 2009.
