Portarlington Enterprise Centre

Portarlington Enterprise Centre was officially opened by Mr. Brian Cowen, T.D., Minister for Finance on the 22nd May 2006. The Centre provides a mix of office accommodation / incubator units (13,000 sq. ft.). All units are occupied at present. Services provided include: Car Valeting, Adventure Sports Shop, Laundrette, Ashbrook Electricals, Artist Studio, Furniture Upholster, Food Wholesaler, I.T. Consultant, Psychologist, Red Ribbon Awards Company, Insurance Broker etc.

We have recently disposed of an adjacent site for a nominal sum to facilitate the extension of the new centre which is set to double in size (additional 13,000 sq. ft. envisaged). Portarlington Enterprise Centre Ltd. have secured a sum of € 400,000 from Enterprise Ireland to assist with the extension of the Centre. A Planning Application for the proposed extension is being processed at present.
