The Decentralisation Process to date

Laois County Council has granted Planning Permission for a purpose built office building, archive sace and associated elements with a total overall floor area of 20,873 metres squared. The proposed occupants will be the Department of Agriculture and Food, The Irish Land Commission Recor Branch and the Central Statistics Office. The Site for this building is located on IDA lands at Mountrath Road, Portlaoise, Co. Laois.
